Hillsboro Arts League (HAL) is a grassroots, volunteer-run organization. Its mission is to enliven and enlighten the community by promoting the arts and local artists. The Hillsboro Arts League is a gallery with art classes and community activities, and we are the organizers of the Bonds Alley Arts Festival, and other enriching local events.
